  my friend and i went yesterday afternoon because i wanted to find something good for an interview and this was my first time at this location. everything was fine up until we go to checkout, there were 6-7 people, waited for another register to be open, which is fine. however, my friend and i didn’t know they kept one line and pulled customers from said line, esther the cashier was super rude and passive aggressive about us going towards the other cashier. like girl we didn’t know😭, a customer in front of us had offered for us to take her place and esther was pretty rude to her as well. i just did not like this interaction whatsoever because one it’s the holidays and two you never know what someone is going through.

  Your manager Kayla argued with me about a clearance item in jewelry. I was told there was an additional 40 % off but when I went to pay was told the watch didn't count. Kayla your manager was not friendly and puffed up when I ask to speak to her manager which was nice and removed watches so it would not happen again. I've been your loyal customer 53 years. I won't ever buy jewelry again due to your manager Kayla and her bad attitude.
