  When purchasing an item at the register, a nice girl was giving my my military discount and then her co-worker, peeped her head over and said “oh we can't use a photo of the ID” I've never had an issue with my military ID on a picture at any other aerie. I'm not sure if this girl is new or just straight up rude. It just shows how inconsiderate people are especially those who serve. My 10% savings was not coming out of her pocket. Just give the discount next time

  Do not like the new Manager she is rude and snaps at customers when they need help. I went into Aerie yesterday on the Saturday before Christmas. She had brand new people on the register. Our online order got messed up, (when we were rung up). I asked one of the managers to help us, (because they were all standing around taking) the Store Manager snapped at me and said the girl at the register could help. After waiting in line again!!!! Three girls at the register only one running a register (the other two talking and folding shorts). They girls at the register had NO idea how to help us. And 4 managers not helping anyone at all!!!!! Again the Saturday before Christmas!!!!!!! So they had to yell to the store manager to help them. She never walked over, just yelled back. She the girl at the register had to leave and walk over to her. WHERE HAS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT AERIE GONE?????

  Followed my mom and so around the store, very unwelcoming. Around 4 or 5 people working and only one smiled at us.
