I was there to return some shirts that I had purchased online at Belk.com (which you cannot do, anything purchased online or at a regular Belk store cannot be returned at the outlet store). The associate, Spencer, working at the checkout was the sweetest young man! He was so kind when explaining the process, he looked up the address and phone number to the closest store where I could return my items. He also spent some time helping my husband look for a particular brand of shirt, when he discovered they didn’t have the shirts my husband was looking for, he went and found out where we could find them. On top of all that, I had accidentally left my phone at the checkout counter, he tracked us down inside the store to return it to me! This was definitely one, if not the best experiences I have had at a retail store!! Extra note: the store was immaculate!
