My daughter is a high school senior and just getting into the finer lines of jewelry. One of the sales ladies let her try on all the items she was looking at. Explaining the differences in the metals, diamonds, and maintaining the jewelry really gave my daughter a positive experience she will always remember about the store and therefore the brand! This is how a brand should be resonating with clients as well as their future clients!

A lady approached and identified herself as RENE and said she would be more that happy to help. I explained to her what I was there to purchase. She listed without interruption. When I was finished she showed me samples and explained to me what was the design and history. No stones was left unturned. She explained the process from start to finish. I would recommend this store and Rene to anyone. STAFF VERY PROFESSIONAL.
