She showed my husband a bracelet he ended up loving, and he's not a big jewelry fan. She also had my daughter try on a few sparkly things, which made for a fabulous experience for her. We ran out of time and did not make it back to the store, as I wanted to make a purchase for my husband. I have her card and hope to contact her soon in hopes she can have one sent to me.

Ricky also went above and beyond to restore my vintage David Yurman piece. I cannot thank you guys enough and look forward to our next visit.
- AMAleksandra MiskovichDec 21, 20251.0I visited the store yesterday afternoon while looking to add a ring to my collection and had one of the worst luxury retail experiences I’ve ever encountered. I was “assisted” by an older sales associate with glasses and gray hair who was immediately dismissive, impatient, and openly uninterested in helping me. When I asked about the Starburst collection, she offered minimal responses and refused to let me try on any pieces, making it very clear that my presence was an inconvenience. Her tone and body language were condescending, as if she had already decided I wasn’t worth her time. This level of service is embarrassing for a brand that positions itself as high-end. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or judged for wanting to browse or ask questions. This experience left a very poor impression of David Yurman, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. The associate I dealt with is in serious need of customer service training. Update to my review: I called Debra the manager of the store to inform her of what happened. She handled it with the utmost professionalism and really took the time to listen to me. She even sent me a holiday card and an ornament. Truly excellent customer service. I will be coming back to the store to purchase a piece from Debra. 10/10 to Debra.
