  Stephany & Catherine were exceptionally attentive and welcoming yesterday when I visited the Worth Ave boutique to exchange two Christmas gifts. Not only am I delighted with the beautiful gifts that I left with, I had the pleasure of enjoying excellent service throughout the exchange process.

  Extremely disappointing customer service. I visited the Chanel boutique at Palm Beach yesterday (Dec 15) around 5:00 p.m. intending to purchase several items for Christmas. First, From the moment I entered the store, the attitude of the sales associate in the makeup area was rude and dismissive. I visited the boutique with the intention of purchasing several items for Christmas and was browsing makeup and fragrances, asking questions and considering alternatives, as some of the products I initially wanted were sold out. At approximately 5:20 p.m., I was informed that the makeup area would be closed, despite the boutique officially closing at 6:00 p.m. While the store was still open, I was effectively prevented from continuing my shopping experience. When I asked if another associate could assist me, as I was ready to make a purchase, I was told I had to wait because the associate was going upstairs. As a Chanel client, this experience was unacceptable and did not reflect the level of service expected from a luxury brand. I ultimately left the boutique without making a purchase. I wanted Chanel corporate to be aware of this situation, as the overall attitude and premature closure of the makeup area significantly impacted my experience and trust in the brand.

  Really poor service. No one greets you. My friend and I wanted to purchase multiple items but Everytime we asked for help we were ignored. We eventually gave up and leaving, walked past 4 SAs standing near the door.

  Me and my spouse had excellent experience here. First to start, I wanted to buy a Chanel bag for our first year anniversary and since it was our first Chanel bag we wanted it to be special. We had visited first the Chanel in Bal Harbour. The experience was good there but they were out of stock on what we wanted. So, we came to this location and we were AMAZED. We drove quite a bit to get here. Our sales advisor was Michelle. She was excellent on multitude of levels: professional, yet friendly and approachable. If you can, highly recommend Michelle. She has TONS of experience in Chanel and this helped ALOT. However, the other sales advisors were also very friendly and accommodating. The most important skill set that a lot of other sales advisors lacked when we looked at OTHER places was ----listening skills---but Michelle was exceptional in this matter. We just wanted someone to listen to what we were looking for and liked. We knew what we wanted BEFORE stepping into the store. Michelle not only listened but exposed us to alternatives but still in line with what we want. When we had a request, Michelle never showed fatigue, reservations, or lackluster. She never showed inconvinence --which is key. Her positivity was contagious and embraceable. We all celebrated our Chanel purchase with nice champagne and enjoyed our experience. Will definitely come back in future!.
