Recently, for the first time, a pair of sunglasses I purchased broke, and I called the store for assistance. Taylor initially helped me and was incredibly kind and reassuring, promising to take care of the issue. While Taylor was away on PTO, I stopped by the store and was assisted by Makayla, who was just as kind, helpful, and attentive. She truly saw the situation through to the end and made sure my sunglasses were replaced. It’s so refreshing to experience a team that genuinely cares about its customers and goes above and beyond to help when issues arise. I’m very grateful to both Taylor and Makayla for their exceptional customer service and support. Thank you for having such wonderful staff.

I felt like I was back in time. Due to a mishap at a different Sunglasses Hut, I received the wrong size Ray Ban New Wayfarer. I stopped into this store, which was closer to my home. The employees there were wonderful. They got me the correct size sunglasses and also repaired an old pair that had been missing a screw. I had forgotten how pleasant real customer service was. Thank you, Sunglass Hut!!

Walked into Sunglass Hut and showed my problem. Nicole and her manager replaced both nosepads despite not even carrying the brand. As they would not charge a fee I told them they were in for a fantastic review (C Suite take notice). Fantastic shop (photos included), fantastic staff, and fantastic service. Who could as for anything more. GO!!!!
