  I’ve consistently had such a positive and wonderful experience with Hamilton. Elana Zornberg specifically has been such an amazing sales rep. She really took the time to understand exactly the timepiece I was looking for and made it happen. Throughout the process she was extremely professional and checked in with me every so often. Extremely happy with everything, I highly recommend!

  I had an exceptional experience at Hamilton Jewelers, and it was entirely due to Amber’s professionalism and attention to detail. Amber assisted us with fitting a new Rolex timepiece for my wife, and her level of care was outstanding. She was meticulous and patient, making precise adjustments and ensuring the watch sat perfectly on my wife’s wrist—not just functionally, but comfortably and elegantly. She would not let us leave until she was completely satisfied that the fit was exactly right. That level of commitment is rare. The entire experience far exceeded my expectations and reflected a true dedication to customer service and craftsmanship.   I’ve been waiting 4 years for a Rolex watch that when I put the order in they said it would be like a year or two… now 4 years later they discontinued the watch I’ve been waiting for. I would never ever put a Rolex order in here because clearly they never get them in stock to even sell. They can’t even call you back yo give you an update. Lazy sales people with no product to sell. Not sure why they are even open.
