  I had 2 necklaces I recently purchased and they broke…it happens, because within 30. Days Michelle let me exchange the broken necklaces and get something else (more expensive) instead -no questions asked. Love my gold jewelry from there especially the lab grown diamonds!!! Stuff happens jewelry breaks but Michelle understood maybe it was just an isolated incident but it’s no reflection on the jewelry. Since they opened in October I’ve spent at least $5K there on there fine jewelry. All the ladies there are wonderful especially Michelle and Ashley ❤️

  Just wanted to share how amazing my experience with Gorjana was while trying to find the perfect piece for my bestie’s birthday. I had went in store and what I had wanted to get was out of stock so I had purchased another piece and kept checking online and it kept saying the piece I wanted was out of stock, so I was feeling a little discouraged. Then I received a text from the PGA location, to follow up on my visit and the manager Michelle went above and beyond to help get me the piece I wanted. She messaged me personally and made sure to check so I could get the exact piece I wanted for my bestie’s birthday, even offering to look at other store locations if needed and putting away the piece in store for me. That level of attention and genuine care meant so much. When I went into the store, Ashley helped me and she was just so sweet and welcoming. Honestly, every time I walk into this store the team has the kindest energy and you can tell they truly want to help you find pieces you’ll love. Moments like this are why I’m forever obsessed with Gorjana. Thank you for always making the experience so special!

  I love this store! I’ve honestly never had such a wonderful experience in a jewelry store. Michelle helped me, and she was absolutely phenomenal—so kind, genuine, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The quality of the jewelry is beautiful. I purchased the Classic Emerald Trio Necklace. It feels well-made, timeless, and truly worth the price. Michelle made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, and it genuinely made me even more excited about my purchase. I will definitely be coming back for more jewelry and recommending Gorjana to friends.
