- HAHonesty AvidanApr 15, 20262.0I'm ONLY giving 5 stars because of the employees that helped me tonight, especially, Whitegold! She is so kind and sweet even after what I imagine to be a long day. Another employee told me they don't size the clothing because they want people to spend more time in the store and honestly that is disrespectful of my time. I love thrifting but I also work full time have a long commute and a ton of other responsibilities. I would visit a thrift store that is well organized 2 to 3 times every week and purchase but this idea of going on a treasure hunt as part of an "experience" is just ridiculous. I did find several items but I had to spend 2 hours in the store because all of the plus size and xl are literally like a 75 to 1 ratio. Make it easier for people to shop and I guarantee they will spend more and visit more frequently. I just want to get what I need and if I have extra time I will browse other racks because sometimes people put stuff in the wrong place but my goal is to be in and out in 30 minutes max. Several people putting clothes on the racks and here's a thought if the store were more organized and easier to shop may be people wouldn't just throw things on the floor. If you present the merchandise in a nice way people are more inclined to be respectful and not make such a mess. I work in retail so I always do what I can to create a great shopping experience for my guests and it would be nice to get the same regardless of where I shop. Again, shoutout to Whitegold for putting a smile on face with her excellent service! Thank you!

Simply drive through any of our attendent donation center drive-thrus and a team member will assist you with your items.

Do you have a furniture pickup service?
Goodwill Manasota does not offer a furniture or single item pickup service. We do have a White Glove Service, which is a FREE packing service for an entire home. If you are downsizing, buying/selling a home, or find yourself in another transitional stage of life, Goodwill can help lessen your burden. We will come to your home or business, pack up your entire household of resellable items that you would like to donate, and transport them to our Goodwill donation centers and retail outlets. There is never a charge for the White Glove Service and we provide an itemized receipt for tax purposes.
Do you have Color of the Week sales?
Goodwill Manasota does offer Color of the Week tag sales. Get 50% off the selected color tag at participating locations. Not valid at our Bookstores or Bargain Barns. Look for signage in our stores or ask an associate for more details, or like us on Facebook to get weekly reminders. Colors change weekly, so get the great deals while they last!
