Recently, for the first time, a pair of sunglasses I purchased broke, and I called the store for assistance. Taylor initially helped me and was incredibly kind and reassuring, promising to take care of the issue. While Taylor was away on PTO, I stopped by the store and was assisted by Makayla, who was just as kind, helpful, and attentive. She truly saw the situation through to the end and made sure my sunglasses were replaced. It’s so refreshing to experience a team that genuinely cares about its customers and goes above and beyond to help when issues arise. I’m very grateful to both Taylor and Makayla for their exceptional customer service and support. Thank you for having such wonderful staff.

- BRBetty RossJan 3, 20221.0I had the most horrible experience in this store. I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated being a long time active customer for myself and family of 5. Young lady must have been having a bad day and decided to make rude comments and I was trying to return a pair of sunglasses my husband had given me for Christmas. She looked at the sunglasses over and over like she was trying to find a defect that wasn’t there so she wouldn’t return the item. I had the gift receipt and the credit card used for the purchase but she decided she couldn’t return the money back to my card because it was a gift receipt. Aside from that she was Betty contradicting with my husband on the price. Than she decided to say the pair of sunglasses were not the item on the receipt and the price we paid was not true. It was horrible. We left the store. I DO NOT recommend anyone purchase any gifts with this store unless you are absolutely sure of your purchase. I will NEVER return to this chain store. If I could I would give them a negative 5 star.
