  The best Louis vuttion! Daja is the best sales associate! I’m one hour away from the Orlando, Louis Vuitton and I am two hours away from the Palm beach Louis Vuitton and I drive the extra hour to go to this one. It is bigger. The staff is so much more fun. The manager is wonderful, professional funny, and Deja is the best sales associate I’ve ever had. She’s knowledgeable. She’s fun. She’s quiet. She’s Patient and she’s welcoming very very very nice to shop with her she’ll make miracles happen.

  By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Louis Vuitton today I went in to get a refill Of my perfume. I was not greeted by any staff and they were all siting around gossiping about previous encounters and ignoring customers. I asked 2 separate employees for help and they said I had to wait which I did not mind. I started looking around and all the staff were standing around clueless. I finally was given help but it was subpar. On multiple occasions I have had this experience. If you want a better experience go to Boca. Their service is by far better. I would not shop at this specific store after these experiences.

  1-Star Review – Louis Vuitton, The Gardens Mall (PGA) Yesterday I visited the Louis Vuitton store at The Gardens Mall to purchase the Nano Toiletry bag. I already own the mini and large sizes and simply wanted to complete my set. I recently moved here from New Jersey and was looking forward to shopping at this location. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. When I walked into the store, I was not greeted. No one acknowledged me. I stood waiting for assistance for about 7–10 minutes while employees walked around me. One associate repeatedly gave me a forced smile but made no effort to approach. Another associate visibly avoided helping me, walking around as if preoccupied. It was very clear that no one intended to assist me. As a Black woman, the experience felt especially uncomfortable and dismissive. I began to question whether assumptions were being made about me and my ability or intention to purchase. The only person I felt comfortable approaching was the security guard, who was also Black. I asked him if someone could help me because no one had approached me. Only then did an associate suddenly say, “Oh, I can help.” By that point, the experience had already been tainted. I completed my purchase anyway, despite the poor service. When the associate pulled up my account and saw my purchase history, the dynamic shifted — which made the initial treatment feel even more disappointing. Luxury retail should come with exceptional service. Unfortunately, this visit offered none. It was a cold, unwelcoming experience, and I left feeling dismissed rather than valued as a customer. Very disappointing.

  just based on the reviews alone, I refuse to step foot in the store. I see no acknowledgement from the store to those who have shared their complaints and that speaks volumes. Ill be shopping elsewhere.
