- CMChris MartinDec 6, 20255.0Bought a Rolex from another AD and wanted to swap bracelets from Oyster to Jubilee. There is a misconception that a Rolex cannot be touched (modified) for 5 years. This is only true in the case of dial swaps. Hamilton is an authorized service center for Rolex. Meredith was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through the process of purchasing the new bracelet directly from Geneva. It arrived much earlier than expected (under 2 weeks). I received the call and they were able to install it under 15 minutes (jeweler on premises). Great customer service and a wonderful experience. I now have the best of both worlds.
