  The sales associates were very busy doing busywork with total disregard to their customers waiting to be helped. I can’t imagine why they were going back and forth from the jewelry cases to the back exit door. I had to ask the security guard to notify someone to help me, & still no one came out. I finally called out to a associate as he rushed past me. He finished his “important work” and eventually came back to me. I had a bracelet repair that he had an attitude about. I guess processing it was not what he wanted to do. When I inquired about a $3,700 ring that I am interested in, he became more personable. As I was leaving, I had to ask his name which made him remember that he had a business card…that he should have given me from the start especially since commission is important to him. The whole experience was disappointing and disturbing & no way to run a business! I still am in awe about what those very busy associates were so busy doing! It appears that many customers had the same experience as me. Perhaps David Yurman should revamp the attitude at this location.

  My mom and boyfriend went into this location looking for a present to gift me and never got acknowledged by an associate. They said when they asked a question they kind of waved them off to look and when someone was available they would assist them. Terrible service. Will be purchasing directly from the site as I refuse to give this location any sale.

  My wife went into the store to follow up on a piece of jewelry that needed repair; the staff ignored her and when she finally got someone to wait on her, they had security stand behind her as if she was a problem. Horrible customer service - and the jewelry in for repair was rarely worn but broke.....it's junk. Don't buy and especially don't go to this location.

  We came in while on vacation and Bonny was extremely helpful. To my surprise we bumped into my son and his girlfriend while there and she enjoyed the store as well. I went home with great items and picked some for the upcoming holidays. Extremely helpful and fun atmosphere.

  I usually don’t review everything we buy, but Steven D at the Gardens Mall location has been consistently excellent. We are not big spenders, but Steven makes us feel like VIP each visit. On our last visit Sunday he gave my child a coloring book while we looked around. Steven also knew of merchandise just received, that other associates didn’t know about. I appreciate his on the ball thinking and wonderful customer service. Ask for Steven and you will get 5 star service.
