- DKDave Kunz6 days ago1.0My wife went into the store to follow up on a piece of jewelry that needed repair; the staff ignored her and when she finally got someone to wait on her, they had security stand behind her as if she was a problem. Horrible customer service - and the jewelry in for repair was rarely worn but broke.....it's junk. Don't buy and especially don't go to this location.

I went home with great items and picked some for the upcoming holidays. Extremely helpful and fun atmosphere.

We are not big spenders, but Steven makes us feel like VIP each visit. On our last visit Sunday he gave my child a coloring book while we looked around. Steven also knew of merchandise just received, that other associates didn’t know about. I appreciate his on the ball thinking and wonderful customer service. Ask for Steven and you will get 5 star service.
