- RDRhonda DentonDec 31, 20251.0As Alo has great overpriced clothes their customer service is terrible. Sarah -the store manager- was condescending and unhelpful. I have never had a store respond to a return the way Sarah did at this store. The original sales person took my phone number at the time of purchase and assured me there would be no problem returning or exchanging the item as it would be connected to my phone number. The items needed to be exchanged for a new size and low and behold the items are not attached to my phone number. They refused to even exchange the items for the correct size. Terrible customer service for the price that you pay for their product!! Now I sit on hold with customer service for over 20 minutes when the issue is their sales staff.

Just had to suck it up and wait around for help since I wanted to actually try things on. The City Place store is much better and the service is much better. Won’t be returning to this location. For these prices I at least expect some help since the store is small and most things are in the back.

And the manager, Maddy, totally went above and beyond to help me with an issue. They truly care about their customers here and deserve all the recognition. 100% recommend this location
