  Santiago is an asset to this Omega boutique. I had come in a few months to look at some pieces and wanted to try on the piece that I was interested in. Never any sales pressure from him. He gave great information in regards to the brand and timepieces. I did not buy that day but he left an impact. Fast forward a few months later, I wanted to obtain a piece for the birth of my son and reached out to Santiago as he made an impact, and where again the service he provided was amazing.
