She took the time to listen carefully to my situation and quickly found my order using both my phone number and the receipt I provided something the previous store claimed was not possible. She handled my return smoothly and efficiently, without any complications and made sure everything was resolved perfectly. What really stood out was how patient and understanding she was throughout the entire process. Mari truly went above and beyond to assist me and her positive attitude turned a stressful experience into a very pleasant one. Employees like her make a huge difference and I highly recommend this store if you’re looking for excellent customer service.
