Had a horrible experience 3 weeks ago. A group of men all dressed in black harassing women, blocking people from walking, being loud and gang like. Fighting amongst themselves, banging their bodies up against the glass wall at lenscrafters shaking the glass walls, it was very frightening. The employees were just staring at them. Told them to call security. We called mall security and they did absolutely nothing. Even the customers inside lenscrafters were frightened. First they were downstairs causing chaos then went upstairs where Lenscrafters is by Macy's. Security should be fired for not doing anything. Their were 19 males in black with black beanies harassing shoppers and fighting amongst themselves. We wont be back to the mall. We've lived here for decades, never have seen where security does absolutely zero- nothing at all with such harrasment going on. . Our phone call was very specific exactly what they were and what they were doing non stop over 45 minutes downstairs and upstairs.

I gave this score because Jenuel González at the T-Mobile Florida Mall has consistently provided outstanding customer service from the moment we walk in. He is professional, patient, focused, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. He takes the time to guide us toward the best options for our needs and explains everything clearly. His consistency and level of care are a big reason why we have remained loyal customers, unlike some other service representatives we have dealt with. The supervisors and managers have also always been attentive, professional, and accessible.

It is very concerning that a place like Florida Mall, where commercial rents are so high, does not provide an adequate level of security for both employees and visitors. A tourist was recently robbed, and this does not seem to be an isolated incident. There is a frequent presence of homeless individuals inside the premises, even entering stores where employees—often women—are working alone in such high-cost spaces. This is not acceptable. Tenants are paying extremely high rent and should have guaranteed security. What actions are management taking to protect both tenants and visitors? Security must be reinforced urgently.

*THIS REVIEW IS SPECIFICALLY FOR THE PREDIRE PARIS SKIN CARE STORE* My experience at Predire Paris was honestly one of the most uncomfortable sales interactions I’ve had. I was just passing by when an employee stopped me and convinced me to sit down for a quick product demo. At first, everything was friendly—until it became clear I wasn’t going to spend hundreds of dollars. That’s when the tone completely shifted. Instead of respecting a simple “no,” she started pointing out “issues” with my skin and insisting I needed their products. Then came the guilt tactics—bringing up how i spend money a lot of money on my jewelry, watches and Cartier glasses, so I should be willing to drop $500+ on skincare. Because apparently that’s a normal comparison. What really stood out, though, was the comment about my hygiene. After using an exfoliating product on my hand (which, unsurprisingly, removed dead skin—like it’s literally designed to do), she used that as a way to question whether I even shower. When I corrected her, she doubled down. At that point it stopped being a sales pitch and started feeling straight-up disrespectful. Even after multiple clear “no’s,” they kept piling on more products, “discounts,” and pressure. And just to wrap it up, she made one last comment about how my face “really needs it.” If this is their sales strategy—tear someone down until they feel pressured to spend money—it’s a bold choice. I’d strongly suggest saving your time (and your money) and walking right past.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at La Predire. During my visit, I encountered serious issues with pricing and payment handling that raised major concerns. The amount charged did not clearly match what was advertised, and the situation felt misleading and unprofessional. When I tried to address the issue, the response from the staff — including individuals who appeared to be closely connected to the management — was dismissive and lacked transparency. Instead of resolving the concern, I was left feeling pressured and uncomfortable. This experience made me question the integrity of the business and how transactions are handled. I strongly advise other customers to carefully check their receipts, verify prices before paying, and remain cautious when using their cards at this establishment. I hope the business takes responsibility and improves its practices, as situations like this can seriously damage customer trust. As you see in the recipe they charging 19.00on taxes that’s no the price that they tell me I was from the beginning it was 189.00 she charged 200.00 then the son of the place took my phone from my hands and trying to get on my wallet using the doble tap on the side of my iPhone and get so intense when he keep trying to grab my bag to check if a got cash I was the worse experience ever be careful this is no a joke THE WAS A VENEZUELAN PERSON BOTH OF THEM I SEE HOW THEY TOOK A OLD LADY HER CARD AND PASSED TWICE AND SHE WAS SO DISTRACTED ITS A SERIOUS PROBLEM I MAKE MY REPORTS AT THE POLICE STATION OF OCEOLA and I hope this get the correct way to solution be careful people it’s a lot of ambition people whit no remorse out side
