  Not only great merch here but a great experience as well. After visiting *all* the shops at both Orlando premium outlets, I chose this fun, professional place to return to spend my money. Alina remembered me. She and Izzy, Beatriz and Boris, the manager, treat you like a good customer! (while Gucci, Versace etc make you stand in pretend lines outside the doors, and where sales workers follow you around watching you like they don’t have security otherwise) Marc Jacobs crew does their jobs while being friendly, helpful and fun. None of that scarcity mindset here. Great selection of bags, shoes, wallets, jewelry etc with a secure shopping experience where you the customer count. Be sure to visit this store and tell them I love my sparkle tote and wizard of Oz ruby slipper wallet, and that I’ll be back!!

  Joshua at Marc Jacob’s International Outlet Mall is a ten plus! He knew how much items were along with discounts. He was very helpful. He even was working with a fever and he didn’t allow that to get in his way with his professionalism and being helpful. Thanks Joshua with your knowledge and professionalism I got a purse with matching wallet for my birthday. 🎉🥳
