  Hi I came to do an exchange here on Friday the 2nd an the staff was weird an gave me false information regarding the dust bags.The weirdest thing was they had to write down my information while the other sales associate write it down as well twice I had the order number and everything other than that store was clean and neatly organized I think the sales associates just need more training.Tory Burch employees on the other hand were phenomenal at this mall

  Just purchased my first Marc Jacob bag since I saw my sister in law Sack Bag. I decided to get the Rip and Repair Denim Sack Bag. My entire experience was lovely. The three associates that were in the store were amazing. Two of their names were Keyia and Sohail. I definitely will be back.

  Camillos customer service was top notch. I have shopped in many other luxury stores and this was by far the most personalized experience I have received. He not only helped me find a bag I loved but messaged be during the entire process! If he hasn't already gotten some sort of acknowledgement from his higher ups he definitely needs to!
