  We enjoyed looking at the merchandise in the Dolce Gabbana store in Vineland Outlet Mall. The service staff were friendly and attentive and the store layout was neat and attractive. My wife really likes a pair of golden color shoes, but unfortunately they were out in her size. They also carry several men’s items.

  La verdad muy buena la atención a la hora de entrar a la tienda me preguntaron si hablaba inglés o español después de eso me asignaron un vendedor muy amable y muy atento al final me llevé 2 pares de zapatos si recomiendo la tienda

  Dolce & Gabbana has never been my go-to luxury brand, but this Christmas, I decided to purchase gifts through them. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. In fact, Walmart provides far better customer service than what I’ve experienced here. I placed my order over 30 days ago and have yet to receive it. Every time I call customer service, I’m met with unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful representatives. They fail to provide clear answers or resolutions, leaving me feeling disregarded and frustrated. Instead of offering solutions, their attitude is dismissive, essentially telling me to “deal with it.” This doesn’t feel like the service of a high-end retailer—it feels low-budget and chaotic. I will never order from Dolce & Gabbana again and strongly advise others to avoid the unnecessary stress. If you value your time and money, steer clear.
