  These ladies are amazing! Bought several gifts and had to do several exchanges over past few weeks. Dropped one of my Huggies down the drain and they gave me a brand new pair. Will continue to buy Gorjana for years because of their amazing customer service!

  The store is great, beautiful, clean and the staff is exceptional. Thank you to Yaz for her sincerity and compassion while I was shopping for the perfect Christmas gift. Beyond that though, the customer support from this company stands out above everything else. It takes quite a bit to impress me these days in a world where everything is fake. However, I can tell you that the person whose name is on these products and the company behind her, cares and most importantly listens to their clients and customers. Merry Christmas

  I’ve been a Gorjana customer for years and was excited when they opened an Orlando location because I’ve always had great experiences with their jewelry and customer service. Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing. The staff was friendly until I mentioned I was making an exchange for some of my pieces. After which I was told policies had changed a year ago—policies that weren’t in place just a few months ago. I was also given a promo code that never worked, and follow-up emails went unanswered.

  Just bought the cutest pair of earrings today and I’m obsessed! 💕 The girls working here are so sweet and welcoming. Honestly, I was starting to think great customer service didn’t exist anymore,but they proved me wrong. They genuinely care and take the time to help you find the perfect piece of jewelry. Such a refreshing experience. Love, love, love this place!
