  Got a pair of shoes less than a year ago, they started falling apart which I thought was awkward at best, so I took them to the store for repairs, after having my shoes for 4-5 months they said that they could do anything. I have had plenty of designer brands, this is the first brand that doesn't back up their products with quality materials. I got a few pairs at the same time, my mistake, no mass, not worth throwing that kind of money to lease shoes for lass than a year, shity deal, from a shity brand.

  if i could give zero stars i would. the EXTREMELY rude and snappy white blonde straight hair woman, middle aged i believe, had the most insane attitude. i wanted to browse the store and was in professional clothing as i had a formal dinner to attend to as well. the second i walk in shes snapping in my face and aggressively asking me what i want. mind you i am on the phone talking to my coworker. i motioned to the phone and said that i just wanted to browse. and she then yelled and i am trying to help you so get off the phone. what?!

  I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff member of your boutique located in the Orlando I visited the Balenciaga store In milenia mall today and was truly impressed by the exceptional level of service he provided. Victor Calderon ASD demonstrated himself as a true professional: attentive, courteous, highly knowledgeable about perfumery, and confident in explaining every note and detail of the fragrance. Speaking with someone who genuinely understands and loves what he does was an absolute pleasure. Thanks to his thoughtful recommendations, I purchased a perfume that suits me perfectly and brought me great joy. I consider Victor an outstanding specialist and someone who represents the Balenciaga brand with excellence in such a prestigious location as the Orlando.It is incredibly rare nowadays to meet employees who show such professionalism, sincerity, and genuine respect for their customers. A huge thank you to Victor for delivering such an exceptional experience — I left the store feeling delighted and grateful. Best regards

  Best store in this mall. The staff are so kind, informative and encouraging, walking me through personalized looks that have made me a huge fan of the brand.

  Terrible customer service at the store. :( I love the brand and have been purchasing items for three years now. I went to this store to see the new collection because it’s the closest one to me. It’s a shame that the new store here in Orlando has such terrible, dry, and almost rude service. I’m glad my first experience with Balenciaga wasn’t like today’s, because I wouldn’t have ever come back.
