Tried to get an even exchange at the Waterford Lakes (where I purchased them) location and the “sales person” said sorry they were purchased over 30 days ago. No exchange, no refund, no nothing! I do NOT recommend buying anything at all from Express since they do not stand behind their product. Poor Customer Service! Poor Quality! Poor Attitude!

I visit this store a lot, and it’s because of the people who work here. The General Manager is amazing… always welcoming, always smiling, and genuinely willing to assist in any way she can. I’ve also built a great connection with the other managers. There’s a real bond and sense of teamwork here that you can feel as soon as you walk through the door.
