  A mi esposo le encanta esta marca y fui a comprarle unos zapatos de regalo pero fue un completo desastre, resulta que hablé con un asociado de la tienda y le consulté cómo funcionaba el descuento que tenían puesto en la tienda “llevas un par de zapatos y el segundo está a 50% de descuento” ok, agarré dos pares de zapatos que me gustaron y le dije, estos aplican? Y me dijo “si, esos aplican” me voy emocionada a comprarle los zapatos a mi esposo y en caja me dicen “lo siento, estos no aplican a la promoción” y le digo: pero acabo de preguntar, y además tienes un montón de letreros que dicen que los zapatos tienen esa promoción, no me solucionaron, solo dijeron que no aplicaba y que no harían nada más, dejé las cosas, agradecí y me fui. Es triste porque realmente quería dar ese regalo pero tienen una promoción engañosa y los empleados no saben ni cómo funciona.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Adion | ⭐️ for management / supervisor on shift. This review is specifically for Adion (spelling as best as I know). Adion was genuinely pleasant, friendly, and professional with both myself and my partner while we were shopping. Great customer service throughout. Unfortunately, the manager/supervisor on duty (glasses and a hat) was the complete opposite. I was left waiting at the register for far too long while they appeared to be doing nothing. When they eventually engaged, they then chose to reprimand Adion in front of me and another customer over what seemed like a very minor issue — not having $20 notes in the register. Despite this, Adion continued serving my partner (after me) with a positive attitude, which made the situation uncomfortable to witness. It’s disappointing to see: • Staff being spoken to poorly • Managers doing it in front of customers Do better. Visited: January 14th at 12:40 PM
