I bought my wife a $5000 dollar watch for our anniversary and the salesperson told me I could bring it back and have it sized in store. Well the time came to get it sized and now I’m told it needs to be sent off over a month to get two links removed. What a joke of an experience. Even Kay Jewelers has in store watch sizing.
- JTJoe ThorntonDec 26, 20251.0I visited here on December 20, 2025, at 10:45 a.m. My wife and I visit this store often and we always buy our Tiffany items from this store. I walked in and was greeted by security, and I proceeded to find what I was going to purchase, and I waited for an employee to assist me with my purchase. After not receiving any greeting, or visible looks from any of the staff, I went to the security guard and asked him to get somebody to help me, he responded, “they’ll help you”. I went back to the jewelry counter that had the item I wanted to purchase. I posted up at that specific counter, facing the store and all the employees, and two specific employees each walk three circles around me and looked at me each time they walked around, and not once was any word ever said to me. Tiffany Orlando, there is an obvious issue that needs to be corrected, immediately. You all missed out on a very big sale, and all because nobody in your store wanted to do their job.

She managed to bring our ring all the way from their Hawaii store in just one day, so we could make our dream come true before leaving. Adela was friendly, professional, and so much fun.
