- JFJared FeldmanDec 26, 20251.0My wife and I went to Fl Mall Sunglasses Hut in Macys and we were manufacturer returning a pair of $510 Gucci sunglasses. Veronica met us at the counter and immediately gave arguments and negative attitude about what we were asking to do. The glasses were poor quality and scratched way too easy. She didn’t offer to help us find alternate options, refused to give a discount on the new glasses despite a sale and was nasty to her coworkers and us. There was another woman who was amazingly sweet and she is the only reason we made a purchase, I think her name started with a D.

Thomas even sent a follow up message to make sure we were aware of some additional services they provided in case we needed them. We were very happy with our purchase and with the service provided and we will be surely coming back to this location!

I came to pick out a pair of sunglasses but then decided I’ll go shop for my bathing suits first then come back to match a pair with the bathing suits I buy. Before I left I noticed my phone was almost dead. She happily plugged it in and kept it for hours plugged in until I came back. I ended up buying a pair of sunglasses really specifically because of her! I was done with shopping at that point but she was so sweet and I had a pair I really wanted so I decided to get them anyways! And they are my new favorite pair!
