I also purchased an additional insurance plan for $39, which was supposed to cover any damage or defect. However, just two months later, one of the glasses broke — the piece that holds the side arm came off, making them impossible to use. On Friday, August 22, 2025, I went back to the store located at the Orlando International Drive outlet to claim the warranty. To my surprise, they told me I had to pay an extra $53 “copay,” something that was never mentioned at the time of purchase. We explained that the glasses had only been used for two months, but the fine print of the warranty does not clearly state this exception. This makes me seriously doubt whether the glasses are even authentic. In the end, I paid $400 + $39 + $53 = $492 for a product of poor quality and a warranty that does not deliver what it promises. Very disappointing. I strongly advise being cautious when buying at this store: the products seem to be low quality, and the warranties are misleading.
