- CKChris KeeneNov 16, 20251.0Bought a pair of glasses 6 months ago that I wore maybe 3 times, decided to use my protection plan and trade them in for the Metas, told the sales rep I have super sensitive eyes and that I was interested in the transitions but if the tint wasn’t great I would just get the polarized glasses, she assured me I would be fine so I purchased them, came back an hour later after testing them out displeased I wanted a simple exchange for the polarized lenses. I was told the only way to do that would be to pay full price, or contact customer service and ship them in. Website, receipt, nothing states that. In fact it states “Easy Exchange”. Sunglass hut has fell off.

I left the store with some Prada’s & Ray-Bans (2 pairs). Great sales associate & a great person to work with. I’ll definitely be back to spend MORE money.
