- DPDanny ParkerFeb 26, 20261.0Was sold a pair of $244 ray bans inside the florida mall. Was told.the lenses were dark enough to reflect sunlight and was advised to get the polarised pair. They are barely any different to normal glasses. Although i have proof of purchase from bank they refused to refund or exchange (purchased 2 days ago) very disappointed. Wont ever purchase from this retailer again

- CKChris KeeneNov 16, 20251.0Bought a pair of glasses 6 months ago that I wore maybe 3 times, decided to use my protection plan and trade them in for the Metas, told the sales rep I have super sensitive eyes and that I was interested in the transitions but if the tint wasn’t great I would just get the polarized glasses, she assured me I would be fine so I purchased them, came back an hour later after testing them out displeased I wanted a simple exchange for the polarized lenses. I was told the only way to do that would be to pay full price, or contact customer service and ship them in. Website, receipt, nothing states that. In fact it states “Easy Exchange”. Sunglass hut has fell off.
