I’m from Canada and was only in the U.S. for a short window for a trade show, and I was trying to get the Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses while I had the chance. I went to another location first and did the required trial, only to find out they didn’t actually have any in stock and I’d have to wait about two weeks — which didn’t work since I was heading back to Canada where these aren’t available right now. By pure luck I came into this Sunglasses Hut, and Victoria was incredible. She helped us right away, got everything set up properly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She absolutely saved the day. Huge thanks — great service, and I’d 100% recommend this location (and Victoria especially).

- KKk1Jan 20, 20261.0To preface this review, I’m normally quite tolerant of general medium level customer service, however the customer service at this shop was really subpar. A friend and I were shopping for some Meta Oakley glasses, trying on some of the display pieces. We asked a staff member nearby, who was not preoccupied, where the specific section was. Instead of checking in with us to see if we needed help or giving us general information, the staff member just stood there and pointed at the section without saying anything for a good 10 seconds, then just let us go on with it. The behaviour was a bit surprising and unnecessary, since we were clearly in the market for buying a pair of top end sunglasses. It felt dismissive and left a sour taste in the mouth. In the end, we walked to the Oakley store nearby and purchased a $500 pair from there instead. The Oakley Meta glasses were a chunk cheaper there too. Left me wondering what the actual purpose of this store is?
