  I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. My sister and I were calmly browsing sunglasses and chatting with each other when a staff member told us we could look but not talk — as if we were doing something wrong. We felt uncomfortable and unfairly judged. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and disappointing in a store that should welcome all customers with respect.

  I went in the store traveling for work from Chicago and met an extremely nice positive young lady employee there. Adele Simone, she was very helpful non pushy and very humble and polite. I highly recommend her. I spoke with her manager today and he was also very nice great store its one of the few left that’s run by a good team in 2025.

  So first thing clean Not busy Just the sell rep was persistent and always trying to make a sell at every opportunity She got which Brother me if I want assistance I would Allow myself to be approached by my body language. I just left because anything I look at she talk prices This was during Black Friday to So most stores are competitive.🫳🏼
