She assisted me and was very helpful with the buying process. She was also able to assist my boyfriend with his decision process of upgrading from the gen 1's to the gen 2's. He prefers the matte frames and it was nice to have an employee that is attentive and honest. I am overall extremely happy and satisfied with my purchase.

His body language and fast-paced, unclear explanation about the items being back-ordered made it difficult to follow along, especially considering the store was practically empty with only one or two customers. When we tried to ask the questions, he appeared agitated, making an already frustrating situation even more unpleasant. This poor treatment completely ruined our shopping experience. I expect better customer service from a brand like Ray-Ban.
