  Dear Oakley Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred on March 8, 2026, at the Oakley store located in Orlando International Airport. As a loyal customer who regularly shops at your stores, I was deeply disappointed by the way I was treated. While discussing Meta glasses with one of your staff members—someone I have built a positive rapport with—another employee named Elvis abruptly interrupted the conversation and began speaking to her in a loud, disrespectful tone in front of me. Shortly afterward, another staff member named Wesley told me that I should leave the store because people from other stores “keep coming in to bother.” This comment was extremely disrespectful and made me feel completely unwelcome. I want to emphasize that I was simply asking questions about the Meta glasses and discussing potential purchase options. The employee I was speaking with was doing her job—answering questions, providing information, and building a relationship with a potential customer. In fact, I am interested in purchasing two pairs of the glasses and was simply trying to understand whether there were any upcoming promotions or discounts. At no point did I behave in a disruptive manner. Being asked to leave the store while engaging in a normal conversation with a staff member was both surprising and humiliating. As someone who also works in retail management, I believe the appropriate way to handle a situation like this would have been to calmly address any concerns privately, not in front of a customer. I kindly request a prompt apology and reassurance that this kind of behavior will not happen again. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. Sincerely, Pavel W. Thompson

  The staff were eager to help me find what I was seeking. As soon as I stepped in to the store I was greeted by a staff member and as I made my way through the store each different staff member greeted me. The staff were very knowledgeable and explained the current items out and what discounts/promotions were currently going on.
