  My online experience with Oakley was not very good. On my third phone call I finally received a customer service representative that actually cared about the customer! She listened to my Concerns, kept me on the line while she made the necessary arrangements to take care of my issue! I went into the ugly store the other day and was greeted by a customer service representative named Ashley. She was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us find what we needed! I was very leery about the Oakley brand from My previous experiences, but after interacting with the last representative on the phone and in the store, my opinion of Oakley has definitely changed. I will definitely recommend Oakley to my friends and family.

  Great store and staff. My only issue is concerning a military discount. I was told I would get 20% after it was rung up for some reason they didn’t recognize my service. I normally wouldn’t raise the issue but waiting till we were checking out isn’t a good place to address the problem. . I spent over 20yrs of service in the army and I’ve always used Oakley for their eye protection and tactical bags. I was very let down with this issue.

  When you lose your sunglasses at universal or Disney, you can count on Carlos to get you into a fresh pair! I highly recommend this store.
