  They refuse to give me mine money back, only store credit because I have a gift receipt . I was told the opposite when purchasing .

  This morning; I went to return shoes to the store today (12/29) and they didn’t want to refund me the amount I paid but give store credit as they insisted shoes where “final sale” but they were not labeled as “final sale”. I was sure I was able to return the item and receive a refund based on their policy. Employees and the manager who was unable to come out to speak with a cliente, educate yourself with the store you work for policies.

  Just finished my fourth trip to this store in a couple of months. Despite the busy location I found parking each time quite easy. While my first few trips were onsite shopping trips this one was to pick up an order that I had placed in the store that I had delivered to the store. All my experiences at this location have been great - the sales staff are readily available to answer questions and if you can't find something in the store they are ready to order it for you, saving you the trip back home. In this case my in store pick up was quick (even though I insisted on trying on the pieces) and I was lucky enough to see my personal shopping maven "Kathryn" as I was leaving. Keep it up Team Lululemon - you help me stay laser focused on staying healthy.

  Exceptional Service from Natalie! I had a fantastic experience at Lululemon thanks to Natalie! She was incredibly helpful and made the process of exchanging an item for my wife seamless. Natalie also went above and beyond by assisting with an online purchase, ensuring we got exactly what we needed. Her professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude made the whole experience enjoyable. Great job, Natalie thank you for your outstanding service!

  About three days ago, I visited this store to return or exchange an item and encountered the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The man who was supposed to "help" me was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional, to the point that I left the store in tears. He informed me that I couldn’t return the item without a tag, even though I had the receipt, which I understand. However, the way he spoke to me was so disrespectful and condescending that I felt very uncomfortable and had to leave. For anyone who wants a pleasant and respectful shopping experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this store.
