  We had the worst experience dealing with Lululemon at this outlet recently. We spent almost 3 hours at the outlet, waiting in line for an hour to get in. We spent time and picked up 16 pieces of clothing that were needed for a trip a few days later. When we reached home, we found that they had not packed 6 of the items in our bag. We called them and after multiple calls, they were able to find the clothes. They wrote an email asking for shipping address which we supplied and was promised that it will be sent out via FedEx and a tracking number was supplied. We kept waiting for the delivery and the FedEx tracker says that the label was created and never handed over to them. Repeatedly calls and emails to them were ignored and finally one of them processed the return amount. The point is not about money- it is about professionalism. They did not give the clothes we paid. Then they promised to FedEx once they found the package but never shipped! Then I had to write multiple emails that they ignored. A true professional outfit would have shipped me the exact clothing from the store - no apologies, just ignored my email! My next step would be to write to the board(I know one of them) with the email trail and supporting documentation. This store is full of incompetent people!

  ★★★★★ 5 Stars Shout-out to the team at lululemon – Vineland. First of all, absolute madhouse — day before New Year’s, packed wall to wall. We came in with a return and an exchange, parking lot chaos included (I was parked so close to a Kia Telluride they could probably read my thoughts). Despite all that, the experience was nothing but calm and professional. The brother at the door was a quarter-zip away from greatness — super chill, welcoming, and set the tone immediately. While waiting for my wife, I chatted briefly with a blonde young lady who gave strong manager vibes: polite, composed, and genuinely kind. At the register, the educator was in a full zen state of flow. She made the return effortless and even went above and beyond by checking the back to help my wife find items she couldn’t locate on the floor. In the middle of chaos, this team was grounded, helpful, and professional. That’s not easy — and it deserves recognition. Five stars, no hesitation. Namaste 🙏

  Visited on Tuesday December 30 about mid day. There was a line outside the door, took about 15mins to get inside. Once inside things were a complete mess. The “deals” running today were nothing better than what is currently online in the “We Made Too Much.” I could hardly find anything in my size, much less something I was interested in. After you’ve looked through the disorganized mess of clothes the line to check out went through all of the ropes and ran all of the way lengthwise to the entrance door. We opted not to stand in it because it was moving so slowly. Employees seemed nice enough but were obviously overwhelmed by the number of people. As the store was complete chaos. it is probably best to visit on a day that’s not so close to the holidays and come when the store first opens.

  Lululemon was packed on Labor Day weekend, and we waited 15-20 minutes to get in. The store featured sportswear for both women and men, and we were able to browse their collection.
