  The store assistant asked for my phone number that didn’t link to my Lulu profile and pretended he found my profile and gave me the email receipt. Hence I got no receipt and eventually I found out I could not have the quality assurance over the product … tried to retrieve the receipt at store and the store manager was extremely rude and unprofessional

  Walked in the store with my mom and this lady named aaliyah was so nice she came and helped us with a smile and she was absolutely fantastic. And the other people were so helpful and sweet. 100% recommend.

  To the Lululemon Management Team, I am writing to formally complain about the appalling service I received at your Mall at Millenia store on January 10th, 2026, around 6:30 pm. The experience was negative from the start. I found a pair of shoes on a mannequin that was my size, but the sales associate showed total lack of interest and visible laziness. I had to insist multiple times for her to even check if the pair could be sold. She acted bothered by my request, constantly asking other coworkers with a look of deep annoyance on her face. Despite this, I had already selected several other items to buy, including sets, a bag, and socks. However, when the store manager got involved, she was even worse—extremely rude, sarcastic, and inflexible. She refused to sell the display shoes because of a "lack of a box" and mockingly told me that "not everything in the store is necessarily for sale" when I questioned why an out-of-stock item was on the main display. Because of this toxic and unprofessional environment, I dropped all the items I was going to purchase and left. I went straight to Alo Yoga, where I was welcomed and treated with the respect a customer deserves. It was my first time shopping there, and thanks to your team's incompetence, I am now a fan of your competitor. It's clear from the reviews that this store has a recurring problem with staff being rude and unhelpful. It's a shame that a premium brand like Lululemon allows this to happen. Lululemon lost a large sale and a customer. I expect you to address the behavior of the staff and management on duty during that shift. Best regards, Silmara C Muccio

  I am a fan of reviews but only when necessary and today, I feel the need to highlight Stephanie Fajardo! She helped my 12 year old daughter choose some Lululemon pieces and the experience was amazing! I notice that some adults won’t address little people shoppers and she was very engaged with my daughter which made the experience worth it! I don’t mind paying for anything so long as it’s enjoyable for my children. Thank you Stephanie Fajardo for being genuinely attentive! We need more people like you. Lululemon, thank you for having a gem amongst your staff ✨
