  I was delighted with this fruit flower shop 🍓🍍. Everything was fresh, well presented and you could see the care in every detail. The fruit combination not only looked beautiful, but also tasted delicious. In addition, the service was excellent: very friendly, attentive and punctual with the delivery. Without a doubt, it is a perfect option to give something different, healthy and special. I recommend it 100%!

  I had such a great experience with Edible Arrangements! The presentation was beautiful and looked even better in person than online. Everything was fresh, perfectly ripe, and arranged with so much attention to detail. You can really tell they care about quality. The chocolate-covered strawberries were especially amazing, rich chocolate with juicy, sweet fruit. It made the perfect gift and definitely left a great impression. Ordering was easy, pickup was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for something thoughtful, fresh, and a little different from traditional sweets, this is 100% worth it. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

  I placed a Valentine’s Day delivery order that was never delivered. The order status still shows “in the making” days later. I called four separate times and left voicemails but never received a response. Customer service has also not followed up with me.To make matters comical, I received an automated email today asking me to review the delivery that never happend. The complete lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. I understand delays can happen, but ignoring customers and failing to respond is just buns.I am now disputing the charge with my bank :(

  My dad attempted to send an order from this location for Valentines Day, but I did not receive the delivery. He had placed the order 2/10 and the order confirmation with tracking from today 2/16 he forwarded to me showed the order had been received, created, and out for delivery but never delivered and the total made it appear he was refunded. I called the establishment and they were able to confirm that his order was received and created but “fell through due to being at capacity and was not remade”. They did send him a refund however better customer service and communication regarding the delivery, or lack of delivery, and refund would have been nice especially considering he placed the order in advance and was initially charged.

  Do not rely on them to get your order correct or to call you if they “ran out of something” and then choose for themselves what to replace it with. I ordered the forever purple roses which were to be provided to an Army Spouse at her husbands retirement luncheon. A small token of appreciation for her support and service — and something not to big to travel with as they were leaving the next day. I ordered the flowers online in advance. Upon arrival I received something much less than what was pictured online and in a completely different color. I addressed the issue and the store attendant stated they apologized, they ran out, and that they are providing me this arrangement instead. I asked to return them and get a refund so I could run to Publix and hope to salvage the issue with a better arrangement before the luncheon — which was within one hour. The attendant stated they did not have a manger on site and could not perform a refund. So I signed for them and walked out telling the attendant that I ordered them a few days ago, they should have called, and I would return or call to talk to the manager later…he didn’t say a word. Overall, untrustworthy, unreliable, poor customer service and clearly a lack of management. Go elsewhere, do not trust the 4.7 review average. You will be disappointed for what your money gets you. The photo says it all, the odds and ends with no manager on site or anyone with any kind of authority to address the issue.
