My appearance didn't scream money to them so I remained ignored while they had a more important conversation then the job they get paid for. Really horrible experience. The rest of my group arrived as I was leaving. We'll find suits at a store with better customer service. Clearly this location is biased on who and how they provide service to customers. So much for being a rewards member.

The manger, JOSH, is the most professional and thoughtful person I've encountered in a long time. I got there shortly before they closed and he took his time to answer questions as I was rushing to get out while I kept seeing my size within insane discounts. He had the emotional Intelligence to ask me to take my time and not be rushed...I spent 5x what I initially planned on simply because he took the time to see me and cue into my needs. Customer service is not dead...at least while Josh is around! Thank you sir!! I will be returning on my next trip to ORL 🙏

Heck she even takes body measurements to make certain that everything fits as it should. It was super refreshing to receive that level of service. Shopping there was awesome experience.
