Customer service a 10+. Bought a new sweater and the guy perfectly folded it for me before he stuck it in the bag. Will definitely be returning next time I need clothes

There is a taller older gentleman always so helpful. He assist my partner with the correct size he needed. Customer service is always top notch when we need to visit in person. I usually order thru online

Zero customer service. I was in the store for 20 minutes, tried on 3 pair of pants. No one even said can I help you. In fact, i didn't even see an employee in the store
