    Anthony, the store manager, was incredible. His attention to detail, incredible memory and professionalism always makes my time at Cole Haan worth it. He's a straight shooter and more than fair. You can tell he not only cares about his customers, but he truly cares about his team. These days, managers in retail aren't what they use to be. Anthony is awesome and would recommend shopping here for any of your shoe needs.

    I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received at your International premium outlet store today. The manager on duty was exceptionally rude, which made my shopping experience very unpleasant. I spent over 25 minutes in the store without any assistance from the staff. It was only when I decided to place my order online, while still inside the store, that the manager approached me. He then offered to honor the discount if I chose to buy the shoe in-store immediately. This sudden change in willingness to assist after a prolonged period of neglect was highly frustrating and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend your store to anyone. I hope you address this issue to prevent future customers from having a similar negative experience.
