Cindy at customer service was extremely rude when we went to checkout out, yelling at us saying “HELLO, ARE YOU HAVING A BLONDE MOMENT?!” Our family quickly got onto her asking her be respectful because we were spending over $700 on products! We understand everyone has bad days, but don’t take it out on customers. Other than that, the workers there are great! Cindy please fix your customer service skills or work from home.

I purchased a firearm and holo site which Mr. Warfield was nice enough to install for me. When I got home, I discovered the optic site plate lid was “missing”. I contacted them right away and played tag for a day or so getting in touch with Mr. Warfield who told me exactly where it was. I’m sure he told me before I left the store but I completely forgot (it was a busy day). Thanks again to everyone there and again, Mr. Warfield. Looking forward to seeing you guys again to purchase another “toy”.

Plenty of parking is always available as well as a lobster truck in there each week. The only problem with this shop for us is trying to fit it in our cases to take it all back to the uk😂 maybe you could branch out over here to please?😂 but yes we always enjoy your shop and we will visit again when back in orlando.

But the pop up for Hilton Grand Vacations inside the store is scamming people and should be banned from the store. I wonder how bass pro shop is even allowing these people trying to deceive loyal bass pro customers. They may be part of this money stealing scheme. Pretty messed up to host imposters in a renowned store for outdoor equipment. We had a legal binding contract with them, fulfilled our part of it, but never received anything in return…
