On Tuesday afternoon, around 5 pm, my sister, my mom, and I went to this store to buy a shirt for my sister's husband. When we arrived, a young woman greeted us and told us to just let her know if we needed help. Everything was fine until things started to get awkward. She kept following us around. My sister picked up a shirt to look at it and tried to fold it, and the young woman said, "That's not how it's done, I'll do it." So far, so good, until we chose the shirt we wanted, but the size M wasn't at the bottom. My sister reached for the other shirts to get the M, and the young woman said to her in a very rude manner, "That's why I told you to watch me when you needed help. Look how you moved all that stuff I have folded!" My sister said, "Okay, how do you expect me to get the size?" The young woman, still very rude, came over and said, "Yes, but you can't move the clothes. Tell me which one you want." My sister told her she wanted a M, but We were all looking at it, and this woman came and yelled, "I'm not your maid!" My sister told her to find your manager. The manager, who didn't speak badly to us, implied that the other woman was right. Even the manager said that the woman wasn't there to fold clothes, which doesn't make sense because if you look at the security camera footage, you can see she was folding the two shirts we had picked up. It seems she's doing work that isn't hers. Then she started playing the victim to the manager, saying my sister was the one with the bad attitude, even though we had clearly told her we didn't need help. I joined the conversation, and she told me to shut up. She literally said, "Don't get involved, it's none of your business," when she's nobody to tell me to be quiet. In the end, I told my sister we should leave because I'm never going back to that store, although I do recommend the company that Take action with that girl. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but you shouldn't take it out on people you don't even know.
