The excuse was that it’s Florida and they don’t sell winter products. Turns out, I meant to go to the aerie a mile away that sold the specific “winter” product I was looking for. No one informed me that store existed and apparently the weather is not the same a mile up the road for them to be able to sell this one specific item or even know about it. But hey! If you’re looking faux fur sweaters that are extremely appropriate for Florida weather, they have you covered!
