If I could, I would give zero stars! The customer service was terrible. I purchased a $130 pair of pants for my daughter as a Christmas gift, but they didn’t fit. When I tried to exchange them while the tags were still on, I was told that I had missed the exchange window. This is how they treat customers even when the item is new and I have proof of purchase. Beware of this brand!

I visited Alo Yoga at Mall at Millenia on January 10th, 2026, after a frustrating experience at a competitor. I was ready to buy a pair of shoes nearby, but their manager refused the sale simply because they didn't have the box—even after I told her I didn't need it!
The team at Alo was the complete opposite. They were efficient and valued my business. I ended up buying the Alo Runner and several other items, totaling almost $1,000. It’s amazing how much a good manager and a welcoming team matter. Thank you for being flexible and professional—you’ve gained a new customer!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and deep disappointment with the poor treatment I received at the Alo store located at Millenia Mall, a situation I consider unacceptable for a luxury brand.
After making a purchase, I returned to the store solely to exchange the item for a different size. During this process, the staff ran my credit card multiple times, creating unnecessary charges, and I was later informed that I would have to wait for a refund to be issued back to my card, which was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional, especially considering it was a simple size exchange.
To make matters worse, a staff member made an offensive comment suggesting that the item had been worn, which is completely false. This remark was disrespectful, humiliating, and entirely inappropriate, and it made me feel judged and mistreated as a customer.
This experience stands in sharp contrast to the excellent service I received at the Alo store in the Miami Design District, where the staff was kind, respectful, and highly professional. The difference between the two locations is evident and clearly indicates that the issue lies in the management and training of the staff at the Millenia Mall store.
I find it unacceptable that a brand with Alo’s prestige allows situations like this, which directly impact customer trust and the company’s image. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that corrective measures are implemented to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.
I look forward to your response and an appropriate resolution.
Sincerely,
Deyanira Espejo

The manager of this place has zero customer service skills. How do they hire people like this? It's terrible. This manager's attitude was dismissive, rude, and defensive. There are ways to say things without being rude. When hiring, they should be more selective about the people they employ; it's damaging their brand image.

The employees will "compliment" you (it seems they're forced to). It's uncomfortable and everyone who shops here that I've talked to about this hates it. Please change this policy. My generation doesn't like this sort of forced social interaction especially because the compliments are fake and you can tell. Everyone can tell. Please quit it. It's like Regina George complimenting your bracelet. The quality of the coats aren't good, but they cost more than my grandmas monthly pain meds. Normally the high cost would be a good sign of a quality and stylish piece, but it's not quality at all. And the style is debatable especially with high large some things run. Also, the dressing rooms don't have mirrors so you have to step out to see what their clothes even look like. It's a bad strategy and it is ridiculous.
