  This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I bought a pair of shoes and only tried them on once at home. When I went back to the store to return them, the manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. Instead of handling a simple return professionally, he told me to contact customer service. For several days now I have been emailing customer service, and all I receive are generic responses saying they are “looking into it.” No real help, no clear answer, and no solution. A simple issue has been dragged out for days for no reason. This kind of treatment toward customers is unacceptable. Between the rude behavior at the store and the completely ineffective customer service, this has been one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had. I definitely will not be shopping here again and will be sharing this experience so others know what to exp. I hope management reviews this situation and resolve it.

  El servicio al cliente es de lo peor, la ropa puede estar muy bien pero el servicio es una basura. Yo entre a la tienda buscando un leggins, y no vi a nadie que se me acercara a ayudarme, entonces me acerqué a la caja en la que estaba una chica y me dijo que estaba ocupada atendiendo a alguien y que esperara. La única persona atendiendo era ella al parecer porque yo no vi a nadie más. Yo compro muy seguido en alo me encanta y en mi país la atención es buenisima lo cual no comprendo porque aquí no es lo mismo

  Riqui was so helpful and attentive. He looked for everything I needed and never tried to walk away to do something else. Stock and inventory seems to be a problem at most ALO stores I’ve visited, but definitely not a staff issue. I felt like I had a personal shopper.

  Gostaria de registrar minha avaliação sobre o atendimento do Marcos, da loja Alo no Shopping At Mall Milenia. O atendimento foi simplesmente impecável! O Marcos foi extremamente atencioso, educado e gentil do início ao fim. Ele me ajudou a encontrar a bolsa que eu estava sonhando, com muita paciência e dedicação, tornando a experiência ainda mais especial. Além de profissional, é uma pessoa muito querida e demonstra verdadeiro cuidado com o cliente. Com certeza fez toda a diferença na minha compra. Parabéns pelo excelente atendimento, Marcos! Voltarei com toda certeza e recomendo muito.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but after seeing this appears to be a recurring issue at this location, I feel it’s important to speak up. If exchanges and returns are discouraged, then the company should reconsider offering them. Since they are available, employees should be trained to handle these situations with professionalism and basic courtesy. I purchased an item during the Black Friday sale and, based on existing reviews, sized down—which was my mistake. The items were never worn because they didn’t fit. I brought them in to exchange for a more expensive item, yet the interaction at checkout was uncomfortable and unnecessarily condescending. The employee assisting me made snarky comments and displayed a dismissive attitude. When I asked whether the store offered any kind of birthday discount—something many retailers do—I was laughed at. The store also would not honor the Black Friday discount I had originally used, which was the only reason I asked about a discount at all. I was made to feel foolish for asking what I believe was a reasonable question. Regardless of policy, no customer should feel demeaned during a simple exchange. Better training in customer service and professionalism would greatly improve the experience.
