  Although we had a nice experience during the purchases, following up if there is an issue or need is sadly lacking. We were told by Chanel to take a bag in for cleaning, Natalia told us upon arrival that there was nothing they could do. It required strong insistence to have her go in the back and find out they would ship it out for cleaning. Not the kind experience you want after driving 1.5 hours to the location.

  Soraya is the absolute best, it’s not just a job for her she genuinely cares and caters for her clients. I’ve been coming to this particular counter since 2022. I won’t go to another Chanel counter and if she isn’t there I’ll leave until she is back. That’s how much I love her and the service she provides

  I was in their temporary store, I initially went in looking for a belt but ended up buying a bag as well, they didn’t have my size on the belt and said they will order it for me, that never happened I’m still waiting for them order the belt for me, also I was shopping to celebrate my moms birthday we went to different luxury brands and all of them congratulated my mom and offered her champagne, not in this store, I asked for water and they didn’t even have water (they said because it’s a temporary location they don’t have a kitchen) I understand it’s a temporary location but bottles of water don’t require a kitchen, people spend thousands of dollars in these store a bottle of water doesn’t sound like a crazy ask

  I visited this Chanel boutique and was disappointed with the service. The sales team was unengaged and only offered assistance after I verbally pointed out the lack of help. The experience did not reflect the level of service expected from a luxury brand.
