    If I can rate them with a zero star, I would.This is the worst experience i've ever had purchasing from a big corporate company like bass pro shop. I purchased a $90k pontoon from bass pro shop in october of 2024. In the 1st 30 days of ownership if had the bring the boat for service 2x for system malfunction and factory parts going faulty. In the 15 months of ownership of this brand new boat it's been in the service department for over 8 months while we continue to pay every month for the boat. We have issued complaints after complaints with bass pro shop and they do absolutely nothing to help us. We brought the boat in for for the 6th time in January cause the top will not open and the radio screen had water bubbles inside the screen. They stood with the boat for 3 months while they tried to fix the issue while we continue to pay for the boat every month now this is 15 months of ownership and 8 months of it, it has been in the shop. They call me on Friday. And tell me that the boat is finally ready. After 3 months of the boat being in their service department, we go pick up the boat, put it in the water on Sunday and the backup camera doesn't work on the boat. So after 3 months of having it in the service department, when they do finish, they don't even have the courtesy to give me the boat back functioning 100%. I call them on Monday to tell them that the backup camera now is not working. So that we can schedule another service call. I call them on Monday. No answer Tuesday. No answer on Wednesday after calling five separate times somebody finally answers I tell the gentleman that I just picked up the boat on Friday. And that on Monday, I'm calling because the boat's not working. the gentleman on the other line continued to harass me and threaten me. Telling me that they're not gonna fix the boat, that it is my responsibility. And that I am no longer able to bring the boat to their service department, because I called them upset and mad. because I put a fuss that, why would they call me to pick up the book after 3 months, why would they give me the boat not working properly. I spent $90000 on a brand new boat from the showroom. There is no reason why that backup camera should have not been working after 3 months being in their service department. There is no reason why, in the 15 months of ownership. 8 months of it, the boat has been in the service department. I can't even enjoy my $90000 pontoon boat. Because it spends more time in the service department than it does. In my family's house so that my family and I can enjoy our $90000 investment. And you know what bass pro shop had The guts to do, they told me that I can no longer bring my boat to the tracker service center for maintenance Anymore.So now i'm stuck with a ninety thousand dollar boat that if anything happens, I don't have a service department to bring it to anymore, because they banned me from bringing the book after spending ninety thousand dollars on a brand new boat. Unacceptable!!!! And you know what bass pro shop does absolutely nothing. Paul or Peter i forgot what the service manager's name is, he Harassed me over the phone. Threatened me over the phone told me that I am no longer allowed to bring my boat over to the service department threatened with calling the police on me. Now I have a $90000 investment that I have nowhere to go with. I'm shaking to my bones, not knowing what I have or what options I have.If something happens to my boat now, bass pro shop doesn't want to take care of me anymore. My nerves are going outrageous. I'm so stressed out I can't eat or sleep I was threatened by bass pro Shop employees. I don't know what to do know with my $90k boat cause it's still not working properly and we are still making payments on this boat. Somebody that reads this message.Please guide me in the right direction on any legal avenues that I have against bass pro shop

    Dennis in firearms, hands down got our business. He spent time with us and asked a bunch of questions about what we wanted and what we should consider. The counter was filling up with other customers and at no point did Dennis rush us. We had no intentions on purchasing anything but with Dennis's customer service we walked out with a new toy. William took care of our paperwork and he was also amazing. Thank you Dennis and William!

    Worst experience ever at this store black guy at the cash register don’t know who his name is but he was so rude to my boyfriend and I he yelled at my boyfriend to put your merchandise here not over there! He was really rude about it I really hate coming here! No way to talk to your customers we both work at the them parks and we never talk to our customers like that! What a disgrace he should be fired!

    An incredible experience at Bass Pro Shops! Visiting from Switzerland, I was blown away by the selection, product quality, and the genuine passion that fills this store. The atmosphere is truly unique — everything breathes adventure, nature, and discovery. I bought my very first fishing rod and all the gear I needed, with guidance from really friendly and knowledgeable staff. You can tell they know their stuff and love sharing their expertise. For me, it’s much more than just a store — it’s a destination on its own! If you love fishing, the outdoors, or simply exploring, this place is an absolute must-visit. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip! 🇺🇸🎣

    Orlando, FL I DONT LIKE LEAVING BAD REVIEWS, but I have been forced by proxy to let others know. Beyond frustrated.... 1) dyed hair lady with knee brace in customer service was absolutely the last person I would want to greet customer. Literally cop level interrogation trying to catch me up on dates for a item needing help with. Rude demeanor, completely flipped when store manager present. She didn't realize my partner behind me in line was with me when I stepped away with Hannah and stated "he just wants a fee bow and is definatly a liar, i hope she makes him leave without anything".. INTERNAL REVIEW IS NEEDED HERE 100% 2) Hannah, store manager. Did not follow up on a "basecamp" approval for assistance with a a new item that I didn't have access to the receipt due to being a gift. A 1k bow, that broke when setting up and due to the contract restructure with Elite. Parts cant be purchased, 3rd party cant order, and customer service wont help. 3) online customer support assured me they would help so we drove 2 hrs to this location only to leave with a promise and broken bow, and the promise never happened. DO NOT BUY BLACKOUT BOWS, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AND MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE A CRIMNAL FOR ASKING..
