From start to finish, everything felt smooth, organized, and welcoming. We especially want to recognize Chrissy, who was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, professional, and made our entire family feel comfortable right away. She happily incorporated poses we had in mind while also guiding us with her own creative ideas, which made our short session both efficient and productive. By the end, we were beyond pleased with the beautiful variety of photos she captured. We left feeling thankful for such a positive experience and will absolutely be back again!

She watched me walk around the store, accused me of stealing a shirt before she realized I wore it in the store, and then proceeded to stand at the register and watch as the cashier Jose cashed me out. He even tried to apologize for her racism and idiocy. Unlucky for her the manager walked by as she left and it was all reported.

She also wouldn't answer my questions about if this is how she's trained to treat customers when she just stared me down while chewing gum and giving me the death glare. Her response to who is in charge at that store? "Jesus." Wow. She clearly has no idea how Jesus wants her to treat others, or how to treat others in general. I'll never go to that location again. I hope she either undergoes a major attitude adjustment alongside intense customer service training or gets fired. It sounds like I'm not the first person she has mistreated like that, and I doubt I'll be the last.
