- JKJanet KempJun 17, 20241.0The equipment was faulty it took three devices before finding one that worked correctly . Which made the install take three hours . Then leaving the shop it started giving a error code so I had to return to the shop and will have to return again tomorrow because it’s now giving a lock out date for three days from the install again instead of a month from now . So this was the worst experience ever . The employee at the shop was very nice but there is no place to wait in the ac and no bathrooms to use and no water machine . We literally sat in shop chairs in the middle of the shop work area . And there were a lot of hidden fees that weren’t discussed before my appointment .
