    Kinda pricey but very nice, quality clothes. Too bad this mall is so empty. This place was a busy place years ago but then some kids and things hanging out there which you don't really see anymore. The shopping area in Winter Garden sucked all the life out of this mall

    Staff is very helpful and store is clean and organized. Unfortunately, there's a small selection of clothes. It's located in West Oaks Mall that long ago went by the way side and many, many retailers and food vendors closed and left. It's a shame because it was a nice mall. I hope the store stays open and it's always good for an emergency situation.

    Always come here always great service but today, my mother and I had the worst experience ever. Angie in the shoe department was just so rude and racial profiling us. Thinking we didn’t have money to pay for our things. Giving us attitude since she started the whole transaction. Thinking we were going to steal. And then when we decided to just go to a different register there was another customer behind us and she decided to say comment to her stating yeah when they come here they are always like that. Definitely will not be shopping at any JCPenney stores any further since they have employees like her that like to racial profile customers.
